2020 Lincoln Aviator SUV
The all-new Lincoln Aviator is taking Ford's premium division into the competitive mid-size SUV segment, and it looks like Ford is making a serious effort to win buyers. The three-row SUV is draped in attractive, sleek lines, and has a host of features that compare well with other offerings. A 400 horsepower, twin-turbo V6, 10-speed transmission, and rear-biased all-wheel-drive will be available, along with a 450 horsepower plug-in hybrid option — pointing towards Ford's plans for the future. The interior continues the smooth lines on the inside, with a 12-inch popup infotainment screen and 28-speaker sound system perfect for recreating the notification chimes played by the Detroit Symphony Orchestra. Also offered are a phone-as-key system, and the Aviator actually lowers itself to aid entry. The new Aviator looks like a serious effort by Lincoln to recapture its luxury roots.
