2021 Volkswagen Arteon Shooting Brake

After just a year in the US, Volkswagen has given the Arteon an exterior and interior refresh to accentuate the car's crisp lines — along with a Europe-only shooting brake that's easily the best-looking model in the Arteon lineup. The long-roof wagon will be available in VW's R trim, with a 315 horsepower turbocharged four-cylinder and torque-vectoring all-wheel-drive, alongside a plug-in hybrid and gas-powered variants. The US will get the 268 horsepower turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four with front-wheel or optional 4Motion all-wheel-drive. Inside, the mid-cycle update includes new tech like 30-color ambient lighting, the latest VW infotainment software, and a new steering wheel. The new Arteon will start hitting US dealerships in November.
