Polestar Precept Concept

The Polestar Precept concept may have taken a step to becoming a reality with the release of detailed specifications for the electric vehicle. The Precept itself may not make production in its concept form, but hints of what to expect from the Polestar 3, the upcoming SUV, are included in the Precept. The two biggest themes are sustainability and efficiency, and to that end, the Precept features a variety of materials inside and out made from recycled and sustainably-sourced mediums. The "Thor's Hammer" design of current Volvo and Polestar vehicles receives a notable push forward in the Precept, with thin LED headlights and running lights that sharpen the lines and charging status lights incorporated into the C-pillars. The interior is as clean and modern as the exterior, using vegan materials and 3D-knitted seat covers made from recycled PET bottles.

Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra Robot Vacuum + Mop

With the S8 MaxV Ultra, Roborock ensures every inch of your house is clean. The new model features a Flexi Arm Design with an extendable side brush that reaches into corners, while an Extra Edge Mopping System cleans along edges. A Reactive AI 2.0 Obstacle Recognition uses a 3D structured light and an RGB camera to identify and avoid obstacles in its path, and a PreciSense LiDAR navigation system scans rooms to create a map and determine the most efficient route. It upgrades suction power to 10,000Pa to pick up even more dust and dirt, a Carpet+ Boost System ups the hair pick-up rate by 30%, and the mopping system scrubs floors 4,000 times per second, detecting carpets and rugs along the way. With built-in voice assistance, users can start cleaning with a simple command, and when the job is done, the vacuum will retreat to its dock to automatically empty, wash, dry, and recharge itself.
