Chevrolet is bringing the first-ever ZR2 model to the Silverado lineup for 2022, giving the Ford Raptor and Ram TRX some competition from GM. The Silverado ZR2 will use GM's 6.2-liter V8 making 420 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque backed by a 10-speed transmission. ZR2-specific springs and GM's Multimatic DSSV dampers, electronic differentials, and a new Terrain Mode for one-pedal rock crawling give the ZR2 top-level off-road performance. 33-inch tires, exclusive wheels, skid plates, and a low-profile steel front bumper complete the package. Along with the rest of the Silverado lineup, the ZR2 will feature a new interior and updated styling.
