The most expensive, powerful series production vehicle from Cadillac is here, and of course it's the three-row Escalade-V SUV. With roughly 6,500 pounds to pull, the V8 from the CT5-V Blackwing gets a larger supercharger and 10psi of boost pressure to make 682 horsepower and 653 lb-ft of torque, coupled to a plethora of electronic aids to keep the tall truck under control. Magnetic Ride Control and Air Ride adaptive suspension are tuned specifically for the Escalade-V, along with an all-wheel-drive system that uses a variable torque split depending on conditions. All this enables the Escalade-V to hit 60 MPH in 4.4 seconds with a quarter-mile time of 12.74 seconds. Inside is a refreshed interior with a total of 38-inches of displays up front, wood accents, a 36-speaker AKG sound system, and optional tech like GM's Super Cruise. The Escalade-V arrives in dealers Summer 2023.
