2025 McLaren Artura Spider

The hybrid McLaren Artura loses its top for 2025 and gets a slew of upgrades with the Artura Spider — and those upgrades also extend to the coupe. The first all-new car from Woking since the MP4-12C, the Artura gets a 19 horsepower increase from its hybrid V6 powertrain, bringing the total to 690, all from the ICE. Peak torque is unchanged, although McLaren says revised engine mapping has improved torque delivery. Shift speeds from the eight-speed DCT thanks to a new "pre-fill" feature and an electronically controlled differential splits power between the rear wheels. 0-60 MPH comes in three seconds with a top speed limited to 205 MPH. New suspension mounts and revised damper valving improve handling and responsiveness — and the top comes down, thanks to an electronically operated hardtop that can be raised and lowered from outside the car when stationary. McLaren is taking orders now for the Artura Spider.
