2025 Porsche 911 Carrera GTS

Despite being over 60 years old, time has never left the 911 behind. The first 911 with a hybrid drivetrain might seem behind the times in 2024, but for Porsche, the time is always right — never too early, and never too late. The 2025 911 GTS arrives with a new 3.6-liter flat-six and T-Hybrid system, making a total of 532 horsepower and 449 lb-ft of torque. Performance figures question the existence of the 911 Turbo, with a 0-60 time of 2.9 seconds and a top speed of 194 MPH. The new powertrain, in addition to the electric motor, features an electric turbo with a motor between the compressor and turbine, nearly eliminating lag and also acting as a generator when powered by exhaust gases only. The exterior has been simplified for better aerodynamics, and active dampers and two-seat configuration are now standard, although the 2+2 arrangement can be specified for no additional charge. The 911 GTS will begin deliveries in Fall 2024.
