3Sixteen Type-3 Lightweight Denim Jacket

First introduced in the early 1960s, the Type-3 denim jacket remains an iconic garment. It was the first jacket to introduce the now famous pointed pocket flaps and a slim silhouette. This 3Sixteen Type-3 maintains those legendary features with a few notable differences. The back of the jacket has a cleaner design by replacing the original yoke with the brand's trademark crossed back. Both the Shadow Selvedge and the Double Black are made using 12oz denim woven in Okayama, Japan, and 100% cotton 8oz twill pocketing. Both made in the U.S.A. jackets are lightweight and feature a light garment rinse and line dry to soften the fabric and give it a broken-in feel.
