8:46 by Dave Chappelle

On June 6, 2020, Dave Chappelle released 8:46. The impromptu show took place in Ohio in the midst of the pandemic and just weeks after the death of George Floyd. Performing to a masked audience, the comedian's response to the brutal murder and the Black Lives Matter movement garnered 30 million views on YouTube and 7.5 million views on Instagram. On its one-year anniversary, Third Man Records has pressed the viral video into a limited-edition vinyl record. The album includes the entire 27-minute set and a B-side with a performance by poet Amir Sulaiman and 8 minutes and 46 seconds of silence to honor George Floyd and other victims of police brutality. Delivery will begin on October 29, 2021, and the proceeds will be donated to Chappelle's high school Duke Ellington School of the Arts in Washington, DC.
