Sean Wotherspoon broke on to the scene with the Air Max 1/97, and would go on to design sneakers for ASICS and Adidas. Wotherspoon is again collaborating with Adidas on a new colorway for the Superturf Adventure shoe. A combination of relaxed tones overlaid by bold accents, with the grey corduroy-based upper contrasted by orange and forest green. Mudguards in speckled grey and an adiPRENE+ sole utilize recycled polyester and cork insoles for eco-friendly construction. The Adidas x Sean Wotherspoon Superturf Adventure is slated for a limited release in November 2021.
