Aera Instruments was born from the idea that watches should be honest, impeccably made, and accessible. Using these principles as the backbone of the brand, they created two exceptional timepieces. The D-1 Diver features a unidirectional bezel with 120 increments to denote half minutes. The P-1 Pilot borrows from classic navigational tools and has oversized numerals for easy timekeeping. Both watches include matte black deep dish dials with contrasting white markings and hand-filled Super-LumiNova. They're powered by Swiss-made Sellita SW200-1 Automatic movements with a 38-hour power reserve and are housed in 904L stainless steel cases. The screw-in case backs are engraved with key specifications and the watch's serial number. The D-1 is finished with a black rubber strap and includes a limited edition suede and an additional strap of choice, while the P-1 Pilot comes with a jet black pebble grain leather, limited edition suede, and an extra strap of choice. Combining rugged functionality and thoughtful design with value, both instruments make a solid first impression for a new watch brand.
