Aimé Leon Dore Los Angeles Flagship
After New York and London, Teddy Santis brings Aimé Leon Dore to Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood, and the store is as sun-drenched and considered as you'd hope. Designed with Sarita Posada Interiors, the space pulls from the texture of old European homes: soft stucco walls, custom wood windows, and a cobblestone courtyard centered on an 80-year-old olive tree sourced from California's Central Valley. Vintage seating, pale gravel, and warm clay tones complete the outdoor space. Inside, the café runs on a custom La Marzocco Linea 2 espresso machine and is finished with deep-green millwork and a marble mosaic with brass motifs by the late Greek painter Alekos Fassianos. A Tyrrell Winston sculpture marks the shop floor. The opening inventory includes the SS26 collection alongside LA-exclusive colorways of the ALD x New Balance 471 and a limited Dodgers Unisphere Tee.
