Amos Lancia Delta Futurista
Automobili Amos, founded by driver Eugenio Amos, has taken one of the 1980's best cars and brought it into the 21st century. The Lancia Delta S4 was the homologation version of its beastly Group B rally car, featuring a mid-mounted engine and space frame chassis. While it lacks the chassis and mid-engine layout, Automobili Amos' Delta Futurista gives the Delta a Singer Porsche-like makeover, with copious amounts of hand-hammered aluminum and carbon fiber body panels. The fender flares are wider than the original to cover an increased track, and the interior is swathed in Alcantara like the Delta rally cars. Engine, chassis, and drivetrain modifications give the car a level of performance that combines with classic styling for a timeless automobile.
