Apple M2 Ultra Mac Pro
While the Mac Studio was quite powerful, professionals that rely on PCI expansion have been waiting on their own Apple Silicon-powered solution. It has arrived, in the form of the new Mac Pro. It's powered by the M2 Ultra chip, the most powerful chip ever created for a personal computer. It has a 24-Core CPU, 76-Core GPU, and 32-Core Neural Engine, supporting up to 192GB of RAM. As a result, real-world pro workflows like video transcoding and 3D simulations run up to 3x faster. It offers six Gen-4 PCI expansion slots and eight Thunderbolt ports for further customization and is available in tower and rack-mount enclosures. For those that don't need all the expansion but could use the added power of the M2 Ultra, it's also now available in the Mac Studio.
