Ares S1 Project Spyder Sports Car
Following on the success of the S1 Project coupe, Ares Design is planning a roofless version, the S1 Project Spyder. And roofless is the most accurate way of describing the Spyder, as the barchetta body style has no roof at all. Taking a page from the Aston Martin Speedster and Ferrari Monza, the Spyder takes the Corvette C8's mid-engine chassis and turns it into true open-top supercar. The naturally-aspirated V8 makes 705 horsepower, and combined with the C8's handling, makes this a slightly more affordable — and just as unique — alternative to the best from Europe.
