1966 Land Rover 109 Series IIA Dormobile

Part off-roader and part pop-top camper, this 1966 Land Rover 109 Series IIA Dormobile has seen its fair share of adventure. Originally owned by big game hunter Herbert S. Veltmen, the vehicle was first used in Africa for safari hunts and expeditions. A 1977 purchase brought it to the states where it saw a restoration that included new Italian leather upholstery, new speedometer, and a rebuild of the original 2.25 liter four-cylinder engine and transmission. The interior contains a two-burner propane stove, dry sink, and additional sleeping when the front and rear seats are folded flat, while the clamshell roof houses with a pair of fold-out cots for accommodations far more stylish than your average camper.

  • Range Rover Classic Reborn

Land Rover's Reborn program started with the Series I, and saw 25 examples restored to their original glory using as many original components as possible at the Classic workshop in Solihull. The Range Rover Classic Reborn is the next in the series, taking the iconic three-door SUVs and returning them to 1970 specification. A Bahama Gold 1978 model with a 3528cc, 132bhp V8 engine, four-speed transmission, and locking diff has been selected as the first of ten initial examples, each of which will be handled with the same care as the Series I.

  • 1953 Fiat 8V Supersonic

One of only 114 "Otto Vu"s ever built and one of only 15 to receive coachwork from Giovanni Savonuzzi at Ghia, this 1953 Fiat 8V Supersonic is exceedingly rare — and exceedingly gorgeous. Under the hood lies an example of the only overhead-valve V-8 that Fiat ever made, completely rebuilt to original specifications during an exhaustive 8-year restoration that also saw the transmission rebuilt, the bodywork smoothed out, the brightwork re-chromed, and the dashboard instruments and gauges restored. It was last sold for $1.8 Million to esteemed collector Orin Smith, so you rest assured it'll be Concours-ready when it pulls into your garage.
