Little Book Whiskey

Another Noe is officially part of the family business. The family member is Freddie Noe, son of Jim Beam Master Distiller Fred Noe and grandson of Booker Noe. And to mark the ascension of the eighth generation Beam family member, the family is releasing Little Book. The inaugural batch has been dubbed "The Easy" and is a blend of straight whiskey with four unique components. It's bottled at 128.2 proof after Freddie worked on the final recipe for over a year and a half and tried more than 25 different blends.

  • The Macallan Edition No. 3 Whisky

The third installment of The Macallan's innovative annual series has arrived. The Macallan Edition No. 3 follows the first two releases in the series which highlighted the influence each cask had on the taste and flavor of the whisky. No. 3 however, makes the aroma the focus thanks to the influence of luxury perfumer Roja Dove. Dove went through a host of whisky samples and described the notes of each to help The Macallan's Master Blender form No. 3.

  • Balcones Baby Blue Corn Whisky

It's not bourbon or rye whiskey, but Balcones Baby Blue Corn Whisky is right in the sweet spot for fans of those spirits. Each bottle is distilled twice and aged in five-gallon oak barrels using Hopi blue corn by hand at the Balcones distillery in Waco, Texas. The first Texas whisky on the market since Prohibition, Baby Blue is a unique Texas spirit that still manages to pay tribute to the corn whisky expressions that have paved its path.
