Shigeyuki Mitsui's original 1990 design for the Gel-Lyte III has seen a multitude of variations over its 30+ years. This particular release uses the same shape and construction as the original with a clean white colorway. It notably incorporates the split-tongue, namesake Gel cushioning technology in the heel for comfort, and suede and leather construction with details in differing light shades of gray.
