Aston Martin V12 Vantage Roadster
Aston Martin took the wraps off an open-top version of its new V12 Vantage — although all 249 of them had already been sold ahead of its unveiling. Under the V12 Vantage Roadster's bonnet is the 5.2-liter V12, making 690 horsepower and 550 lb-ft of torque. Power goes through a ZF eight-speed automatic before reaching the rear wheels, with a 0-60 time of 3.5 seconds and a top speed of 200 MPH — along with the sublime V12 howl that will soon become a thing of the past. The Roadster wears wider fenders to cover a 1.6-inch wider track, a front splitter and larger grille, a hood vent, sculpted side skirts, rear diffuser, and optional wing. Inside are Sports Plus seats in semi-aniline leather, with an Aston "wings" quilting pattern. Aston's Q Division will be available to add customization offers for the 249 Roadster buyers.
