Audi Q6 E-tron Offroad Concept

Audi has given the Q6 e-tron a radical makeover with the Q6 e-tron offroad concept. The offroad sits 6.3 inches higher than stock, thanks to custom-designed portal axles that increase torque at the wheels by 50 percent — more than 20-30 percent versus other portal axle designs. The scratch-designed portal axles are integrated into the wheel hubs front and rear with corresponding changes to suspension geometry that give the offroad a 10-sec total peak torque of 9,883 lb-ft, enough to climb up to a 50 percent grade. The Q6 e-tron offroad concept will make its public debut February 1, 2025, at the F.A.T. Ice Race in Austria.
