Banshu Hamono Knife
The Banshu region in the Hyogo prefecture of Japan has a history of blacksmithing that dates back centuries. This Banshu Hamono Knife continues the proud tradition. Each one is made by hand by skilled craftsmen from high-carbon "Ao-hagane" blue steel using the same techniques as those generations before them. The traditional Higonokami utility blade folds into brass scales and is further protected by a fabric roll.
