BMW iX SUV

BMW is crossing a major milestone with the upcoming release of its first-ever electric SUV, the iX. Designed from the ground up as an electric vehicle, the iX will aim for 500 horsepower and 300 miles of range, while following in the BMW tradition of excellent driving dynamics. BMW is keeping details sparse, only remarking that the iX will go from 0-62 in less than five seconds and drive all four wheels via an electric motor at each axle. Don't expect any changes in the exterior between now and launch; the iX will wear what is rapidly becoming BMW's family face with massive twin-nostril intakes, creased lines, and the now-familiar blue accents that denote their EVs. The iX will arrive in showrooms around the world in early 2022.
