BMW's X5 SUV is all-new for 2019 with a renewed focus on the driving dynamics BMW has become legendary for. The X5 has slightly larger dimensions than the outgoing model and a tighter, more defined exterior. Engine choices include a 335hp 3.0-liter straight six and a 456hp 4.4L V8, with diesel and plug-in hybrid options coming in 2020. An optional off-road package adds air suspension and a locking rear differential, giving the X5 more than just on-road chops. The interior receives the most striking redesign, bringing the X5 into the modern era with a digital dash and ambient lighting. Production starts in August 2018 with deliveries starting shortly after.
