BRABUS Shadow 1000 XC Cross Cabin Powerboat
BRABUS built the Shadow 1000 with Finnish boatbuilder Axopar around Mercury Racing's flagship outboard, the supercharged 500R, the first marine engine ever built to monitor air humidity in real time and adjust its calibration on the fly to hold peak performance in changing conditions. Two of them combine for 1,000 horsepower, pushing the 38-foot hull to a top speed of 60 knots. The cabin runs BRABUS's usual car-inspired design language into a boat: a full HD Simrad touchscreen glass helm display, backlit switches, and a multifunction steering wheel, with an Extended Navigation package adding two more 9-inch screens, a marine radar, and an onboard 4G WiFi router. Gullwing doors, glossy black carbon-fiber body panels, and a signature red stripe running the length of the hull carry the exterior design, while the cabin pairs BRABUS quilted leather with a full BRABUS composite deck. It's built to hold up to 12 passengers, weighs nearly 11,905 pounds before engines, and can be fitted with an aft cabin sleeping up to four.
