A recreation of an early Navitimer from 1959, Breitling's Ref. 806 Re-edition is an ode to aviation history. Painstakingly created, no detail was overlooked — including the number of beads around the bezel (94), the size of the stainless steel case (40.9 millimeters), or the unsigned winged logo on the all-black dial. It's powered by a completely new manual movement and held in place by a vintage-inspired black leather strap. Even the circular slide rule and high-domed acrylic glass are period-correct. In fact, the only modern modifications on the watch are 30 meters of water resistance and Super-LumiNova coating, features sure to be appreciated by each of the 1,959 owners.
