Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+ Coupe
There's been a war going on. A war of speed, played out on long stretches of road with 1,000+ horsepower hypercars aiming to break the 300 MPH barrier. That record has now fallen, and somewhat unsurprisingly, it belongs to Bugatti. A prototype Chiron went 304.773 MPH, making it the fastest hypercar ever, and inspiring the Chiron Super Sport 300+ edition you see here. Much more than just a sinister black paint scheme with orange racing stripes, the Chiron Super Sport 300+ also packs an extra 100 horsepower from its quad-turbo W16 motor, for a mind-boggling 1,600 hp. The body has also been extended, with changes to the front and rear wheel arches that help reduce drag and add downforce ₃ critical to reaching the astronomical speeds this car is capable of. The fastest series-production car ever is limited to just 30 examples, with arrival beginning in 2021.
