BMW's M division has been turning the German manufacturer's cars and engines into some of the most successful racing programs in the history of motorsport. From the production-based CSL coupes to some of the most powerful Formula One engines ever, BMW M is a legend — and now they're celebrating with the M4 Edition M Heritage. Starting with the M4, each of the 750 examples gets a carbon fiber-reinforced plastic roof with M tricolor stripes. Buyers will be able to choose between Laguna Seca Blue, Velvet Blue metallic, and Imola Red, with M racing bucket seats featuring white or red inserts depending on exterior color and M Heritage embroidered on the headrests. Model-exclusive 20-inch M light-alloy wheels round out the package, while the best part is unchanged — the twin-turbo 450 horsepower straight-six. Only 750 will be made, with the model debuting at the 2019 DTM race at the Nurburgring.
