Built By Legends MINE'S R32 Skyline GT-R

Restomodding isn't limited to American classics, vintage 911s, or British roadsters. Japan brought tuner culture to the world, and Built By Legends is out to preserve and improve on that legacy with this MINE'S R32 Skyline GT-R. Founded by Michizo Niikura in 1985, MINE'S built its reputation on the R32, R33, and R34 Skyline platforms. This R32 has an RB26 2.8-liter hand-built by MINE'S master engine builder Toshikazu Nakayama. Making 496 horsepower, the engine spins out to 8,000 RPMs with a Built By Legends x MINE'S titanium exhaust. Custom Ohlins dampers with Hyperco springs and Brembo brakes have been tuned by MINE'S expressly for the car. Full disassembly and restoration have been carried out, with fresh paintwork, carbon fiber pieces, and a redone interior. Along with the car comes Built By Legends' IMONO Key, made of cast stainless steel in Hiroshima with a RAYDENT coating. The honeycomb design is made through a lost wax casting process, with final finishing by hand — the perfect complement to one of Japan's greatest gifts to the automotive world.
