Chaffey College Apple-1 Personal Computer

Mountain View-based ByteShop was the first retailer to stock Apple computers — specifically, the the first 50 Apple-1 computers built by Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak. This is one of them, and one of only six known examples to be encased in Koa wood. It was originally sold to a Chaffey College professor, who then sold it to one of his students; the student kept it until it was recently sold by John Moran Auctioneers. With its original capacitors and power regulators and accompanied by a full professional authentication and condition report, it's an outstanding example of computer history.
