Created by Jacques Helleu in 2000, Chanel's J12 became an instant hit, adorning the wrists of fashionable women all over the world. It's just been reborn. The work of Arnaud Chastaingt, director of the company's watchmaking studio, it's all-new, yet instantly familiar, with a 38mm case in white or black ceramic. An all-new caliber 12.1 self-winding movement can be seen through the sapphire crystal caseback, and powers the three black SuperLuminova-filled hands and subtle 4:30 date window. The bezel is smaller, the hour marker font is different, and the matching bracelet is thinner, but it's still recognizable as a J12 and makes for an extravagant Mother's Day gift.
