California is on notice — electric vehicles aren't the sole province of the Golden State anymore. Once a major part of the heart of American manufacturing, Ohio has had some hard times, but the push for electrification and companies like Lordstown Motors and Cleveland SpeedShop are starting to bring some of that back. Cleveland SpeedShop's Falcon BLK electric motorcycle is built to order at their facility in the city and is limited to just 20 units. An elegant tube frame cradles a 4.4 kW battery pack, good for up to 180 miles in Eco mode or a top speed of 85 MPH unrestricted. Custom CNC'd triple trees carry inverted front forks with a hydraulic disc brakes front and rear with a monoshock at the swingarm. The overall design strikes a fine balance of future-forward with retro cues like a skateboard seat with an integrated LED taillight, digital dash, and flip-up cover for the hot-swap capable battery pack. A slightly detuned model, the Falcon 01, will also be offered.
