Desert Boulders House
Designed by Robson Chambers in 1947, the Desert Boulders House is a Palm Springs retreat. The 4,100 square foot residence is situated on .60 acres and has been recently renovated while maintaining its signature modernist details like a sleek profile, glazed facade, and polished concrete floors. Its interior boasts four bedrooms, including a primary suite with a fireplace, a spa area with an infrared sauna, a fitness studio, and an updated kitchen with a wall from a former bomb shelter. Wrapped in glass walls, every living space is afforded sweeping views of the mountains and desert landscape. The exterior is its own oasis, complete with a 60-foot lap pool with a tanning shelf, fire pit, and lounge area set among native pals, cacti, and boulders.
