Ken Fulk's Magic Factory

Interior design Ken Fulk has listed his San Francisco HQ known as the Magic Factory. Formerly the S&M leather manufacturer, the 14,000 square foot building was built in 1908 and has served as the design studio or Ken Fulk Inc. and its 60 employees for the last 15 years. Its upper floors act as a 4,500-square-foot personal residence for Fulk, decked out in the designer's signature style. Having outgrown the space, Fulk and his team are parting ways with the property and moving on to the next chapter.
