Los Feliz Villa

Before designing for Frank Sinatra and Lucille Ball, architect Paul R. Williams created Los Feliz Villa. The Mediterranean-style estate was built in 1929 in the Hollywood hills. Its 6,500 square-foot interior has been recently renovated while maintaining the home's original details, including custom Talavera tile, hand-painted coffered ceilings, stained-glass windows, and wrought-iron details. The main house offers five bedrooms, a butler's pantry, and a speakeasy bar, while the guest house is situated above a four-car garage. Both units share access to the central courtyard and its authentic wood-fired Argentine parrilla, swimming pool, and immaculate landscaping. Elsewhere on the exteriors, there's a rooftop terrace and an intimate alfresco dining area.
