Fairphone Gen 6+ Smartphone
Fairphone has spent over a decade selling repairable phones almost exclusively in Europe, and the Gen 6+ is the company's first device built for a US release. It ships with the tool needed to open it: a single T5 Torx screwdriver, included in the box in place of a charger. Twelve parts are user-replaceable, battery, display, both rear cameras, the selfie camera, and the USB-C port among them, each sold separately at a fraction of typical manufacturer repair costs, so a cracked screen or a worn-out battery doesn't mean replacing the whole phone. Fairphone backs it with a five-year warranty and software support through 2033, an unusually long runway for a phone at this price, at a time when the average person replaces their smartphone every two to three years.
