Felipe Pantone INTR3PID Carbon Cub Airplane

For his latest piece, Felipe Pantone wraps his bold, geometric graphics on a Carbon Cub Airplane. The project is over a year in the making with the artist and the plane's owners Joan Escribá and Joan Comas collaborating early last year. Dubbed INTR3PID, the performance aircraft features a facade covered in intense gradients and dynamic shapes inspired by the artist's INTEGRATION SYSTEM P#01 series. The addition of Pantone's vibrant illustrations complements the speed and power of the plane, based on a Piper Super Cub that was first built in 1938.
