Final Cut Pro & Logic Pro for iPad
For years, Final Cut Pro & Logic Pro have served as the more mature counterparts to iMovie and GarageBand, blending Apple's famous ease of use with powerful features befitting professional software. Now they're bringing this same mix to the iPad. More than a simple port, Final Cut for iPad has a reimagined Multi-Touch interface, serving as a portable all-in-one studio via Pro camera mode, and letting creators draw and write directly on top of video with Live Drawing. Logic Pro similarly gets a Multi-Touch makeover, with an all-new sound browser, beat-making, and production tools, as well as a full-featured mixer. Both apps will be available starting May 23, with both monthly and yearly subscriptions available.
