Ford F-100 Eluminator Concept Truck
The day will come when the internal combustion engine is relegated to the museum — but the cars they powered don't have to be. Ford brought the F-100 Eluminator concept truck to the 2021 SEMA show, powered by the electric drivetrain from the new Mustang Mach-E EV. Twin front and rear electric motors make a combined 480 horsepower and 634 lb-ft of torque, more twice the power that this truck would have had when new. And although Ford bills it as a concept, the Eluminator electric crate motor from the Mustang Mach-E GT Performance Edition is now available to buy from Ford's Performance Parts Division — meaning customers can build their own.
