Frank Sinatra's LA House
The former residence of Frank Sinatra is now looking for new owners. Designed by Pereira Luckman AIA, Ol Blue eyes rented out the minimalist compound from owner Dora Hutchinson during the '50s and '60s. It's situated on 13.7 acres in San Fernando Valley and features sweeping views of the Chatsworth Preserve and the mountains in the distance. Both the main residence and the guest house deliver classic mid-century details, including floor-to-ceiling windows, wood paneling, and parquet flooring, and offer 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, and a gym with a massage room. On the exterior, a 2,000 square foot pergola lines a 50-foot swimming pool, while an additional swimming pool is dedicated to the private guest quarters.
