Neil Patrick Harris' Fifth Avenue Townhouse

Neil Patrick Harris and his husband Davis Burtka are parting ways with their Fifth Avenue Townhouse. Purchased in 2013, the couple restored the five-story property with architect Jeffery Povero of Povero&Company, transforming the 1908 building into an immaculate single-family home. Along with five bedrooms, its interior offers a ten-seat theater, music room, a wine cellar, gym, and parlor with a vintage bar salvaged from an old hotel. Original details were brought back to life, including rich wainscoting, the wooden staircase, and multiple fireplaces, while custom walk-in closets, a chef's kitchen, and bespoke bathrooms equip the historic house for modern living. Outside, an expansive rooftop terrace, kitchen patio, and a jacuzzi off of the primary suite make up the dwelling's 500-square-feet of outdoor space.
