Genesis X Gran Equator Concept

Genesis already makes several SUVs. While capable, they're more suited for driving a group of friends to dinner than exploring the unknown. With the X Gran Equator Concept, the brand is channeling the latter option. It maintains the brand's signature clean lines, with a bold front end, long hood, and sloping C-pillar, yet adopts dark wheel wells and 24" beadlock rims to announce its off-road ambitions. The interior shows a similar duality, with a central stack of gauges inspired by vintage cameras and swiveling front seats that allow for camper-like vibes once the destination has been reached. It will be on display at the 2025 New York International Auto Show starting April 18th and at the Genesis House in the Meatpacking District from the end of the show through the end of July. As with many concepts, no production plans have been announced.
