Hennessey H1000 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing

Out of the box, Cadillac's flagship CT5 Blackwing comes with a 670-horsepower, supercharged V8. That simply isn't enough for Hennessey, which just announced the H1000 Blackwing — upgraded to make 1,000 horsepower. Hennessey starts by porting the Blackwing's cylinder heads, adding stronger valves, lifters and pushrods, a custom camshaft, and new exhaust headers. A larger custom intercooler and higher-capacity supercharger is fitted to finish the package. The final result is 1,000 horsepower and 966 lb-ft of torque versus 668 horsepower and 659 lb-ft for the stock Blackwing. Outwardly, the Cadillac remains largely unchanged, something most people won't notice at the H1000's terminal velocity.
