Hennessey Venom 1000 Mustang GT500 Coupe

For a small, select group of people, the Mustang GT500's 760 horsepower just isn't enough. Hennessey wants to make sure that those people aren't disappointed and is releasing its Venom HPE 1000 GT500 upgrade, pushing power to an even 1,000 on E85 fuel. The gains are realized mostly by increasing the supercharger's boost pressure, thanks to a new drive pulley and hub assembly, larger fuel injectors, and an upgraded fuel delivery system. Hennessey retunes the ECU and transmission to take advantage of the excess power, and will also provide up to 400 miles of road testing to verify the figures.
