Icon 1949 Hudson Derelict Coupe
When a repeat client wanted something that reflected the culture of Nashville, Icon came up with a barn-found Hudson and added some classic rock 'n roll style. The 1949 Hudson rides on a custom-built adjustable independent suspension that integrates into the car's semi-unibody structure with Brembo disc brakes at all four corners. And the new owner is going to need that stopping power — a supercharged LS9 is under the hood, making 630 horsepower. Every Icon is unique, and the interior is truly one-of-a-kind — Icon founder Jonathan Ward personally spent 400 hours creating the wild-caught alligator and Moores & Giles leather seating and trim. Touches like a translucent blue steering wheel with the original Hudson center cap and a CNC'd aluminum dash and HVAC controls make this creation unlike anything else you'll find on the road.
