John Lennon's Copy of The White Album

Colloquially known as "The White Album", the cover of The Beatles' 1968 self-titled double album was austere, adorned with nothing but the band's name and a serial number. The music inside was anything but; a 93-minute journey across genres that often showcased the members' individual talents during a time of rising tensions within the band. This stereo copy, No. #0000006, was owned by John Lennon and gifted to his chauffeur and bodyguard Les Anthony. It resurfaced only recently, and presents in an impressive VG-EX 6 condition on the cover, with the records themselves ranging from EX-7 to NM-8 condition. With rare provenance that involves ownership by a legendary artist, it's a highly covetable piece of music history.
