スペインの1778ファームハウスと1902モダニストハウスから成る「1735 キャン・リムローナ」は建築上独特な2つの建物が一つになった構造をしている。それぞれの建物は縦方向の壁で仕切られ、大きな折りたたみ式ドアを使えば、昼と夜で空間を好きなようにアレンジできる。石や木材、化粧しっくいで統一感のある合理的な素材を使用し、これらは最新型住宅の基本となっている素材でもある。歴史あるこの建物に屋内プールや広い庭を配置し、現代風な仕上がりに。
