1933年当時のデザインを元にした、カランダッシュの「マッターホルン・ペンシル・シャープナー」はオールメタルのお宝クラスの限定版文具。バタフライクランプで鉛筆をホールドし、クランクに付いたボタンで削り加減を調節できる。付属のクランプを使ってどんな面にも取り付けでき、丸形、六角形、三角形の鉛筆に対応。他ではなかなか無いマットなレッドカラーで仕上げ、名前にもあるマッターホルンの頂上の高さを刻印したこの鉛筆削りは、限定4,478台の製造だ。
