カナダのナイアガラ近くにある極寒のぶどう畑からヒントを得たグレンフィディック最新の試作ウィスキー。このウィスキーの仕上げにアイスワイン樽を使用することで、スペイサイドモルトのクラシックなキレとアイスワインの甘みの絶妙なバランスを実現した。オーク樽で数十年寝かせることでアイスワインの甘みがより強調され、より強いタンニンを感じられる21年もののウィスキーは、数ある試作品の中で最高の一本となったのだ。
