石の台座の上にそびえる「オブザベーションラウンジ」では、ツリートップ上で楽しい空間を用意してくれている。木の螺旋階段で3階建てのタワーを登っていく。中は天然のオーク材がふんだんに使われ、石の彫刻のキッチンやリビングエリアが上階にある。地元で採れた素材が素朴な色合いを生み出しており、カスタムメイドの家具とその家に代々伝わる記念の物がちょうどよく混ざっている。天井まで届く窓で囲まれたメインルームからは、周囲の田舎の風景を一望できる。
