ミニマルでまっすぐで、カルト的なファンも多いリコーのGRシリーズ。GRⅢはその最新モデルとなる。APS-Cセンサーを搭載し、解像度が1600万画素から2400万画素へアップ。センサーシフトイメージスタビライザーと新しいハイブリッドAFシステムも搭載。28mm等価 f/2.8レンズもデザインを一新し、I/OがUSB-Cに対応、背面の3.0インチLCDもタッチスクリーンとなった。これだけのアップグレードを搭載しても、前モデルよりもボディーは小さい。2019年店頭販売予定。
